Well known LEGO sculptor Eric Harshbarger has outdone himself with this mosaic of Calista Flockhart. The image is made up of 30,000 little Modulex tiles with a letter printed on them.

He used an ASCII generator to convert the image into the letters used in the mosaic.

Apparently he's got enough tiles left over for another one, so if you have a few thousand dollars burning a hole in your pocket... 4:39:19 PM

If you want to learn more about how the sensors work and perhaps try your hand at making sensors, the section by Mike Gasperi is a goldmine of information
