The Technic Excavator shown here is my own creation. It took a few hours to get the linkages just right, and even then it wasn't quite "real".

The minifig indicates the scale pretty well.

On the side of the excavator, you'll see red 1x2 bricks with the LEGO logo embossed. These are treasured parts for me....

The next shot has the excavator in the high fully extended position...
