What's Changed?

07 October 2000
Expanded section on Using R/C Servos with the RCX. I was able to get a mini-servo mounted in LEGO and driving a pneumatic switch - cool!

02 October 2000
Added section on Linux Notes and Applications for Embedded Systems Design.

22 July 2000
Added section on Architectural renderings the other part of our business.

14 May 2000
Added new section for the pbForth GUI. For everyone that has had problems with setting up a terminal program under Windows or Linux, this is a solution to a common problem. It integrates a high and low speed firmware uploader, a script uploader, XMODEM image downloader, and a console.

09 February 2000
Added section on Using R/C Servos with the RCX. This will prove to be a very important addition to the basic RCX.

20 December 1999
Released pbForth Version 1.1.1. This is a major release and you should upgrade. It has the ability to let you build and save a custom kernel in S record format that you can upload to the brick using your favorite tool. The best thing is, you compile the kernel right on the RCX - that's right, no messing with GNU tools at all!

18 November 1999
Added sections on PLANO 3700 tackle boxes and PLANO 1258 tackle boxes in the Technic section for storage.

12 November 1999
Added sections on MindFest 1999 and my new pbForth MazeWalker under the LEGO robotics header.

02 November 1999
Revamped website using new navigation system along the top bar. I did a little volunteer thing at my kid's school and showed some of the Grade 1 kids how much neat LEGO stuff there is on the 'Net - and saw how much of it is almost useless at 640x480. I realized that lots of schools still have this as their standard - so let's make things easy for everyone. The other advantage is that if you want to print out a page, just do it. There's no wasted space or frames to deal with. The three most important things you put on your site are content, content, and content!
